PREGNANT PAUSE in partnership with Baby Dove is an interactive workshop to educate expecting moms about the things to expect during pregnancy, to empower and encourage them to be confident. Pioneer childbirth teacher Rome Kanapi has been holding classes for expecting couples for more than 30years, and will cover topics such as nutrition, exercises while pregnant, staying mindful, how Dads can be involved, preparing for labor day, and also tackle myths and beliefs on pregnancy! It’ll be a half day packed with info you need as a mom and dad-to-be.
